Student admission is based on interviews with the administration, student achievement, entrance testing, and submission of all fees and forms. In order to complete the admissions process, the academy office must receive the following items from each applicant:
A nonrefundable application fee;
A nonrefundable registration fee ;
A copy of the applicant's school records from the last school attended, including discipline records;
A copy of the applicant's birth certificate;
A copy of the applicant's Social Security card;
An updated immunization record;
A recent photograph (head and shoulder view); and
A completed enrollment application:
Note: Upon acceptance, each student must submit a doctor's form of a recent complete physical examination. (Due September 1st for all new students.)
